Game Center was working, now not working

RodericRoderic Member Posts: 145
I'm working on a new game and I created a game center leaderboard for early testing. It all worked fine. Now that I am further along I needed to create new leaderboards with different names from the first one. So, I created two new ones, and deleted the old one.

Now, when trying to test it, I get an error on the iphone that says "Score Report Failed - The requested operations could not be completed because one or more parameters are invalid"

When I go to view the leaderboard, it goes to GC but instead of the list of scores, it says "Unable to Load".

I double checked the Leaderboard ID both in the Game Salad attributes, as well as in iTunes Connect. The ID's match.

Any suggestions on how to solve this??

Thanks.

Are you using a provisioning profile that has the same bundleID as the itunes connect app? If you have created a profile just for testing then it will not find the Leaderboard for your app.

Also I have noticed GameCenter acting funny sometimes I have to logout out the game center app. Login and out again and then go to the adhoc to get it to login to the sandbox mode.

Make sure you type the leader board name into the expression editor WITHOUT pressing the 'e'

Delete your current game center attribute and make another one without pressing the 'e'

Hi, I am having the same problem here. I've been trying the whole day but still getting the message "Score Report Failed - The requested operations could not be completed because one or more parameters are invalid" when I try to post a score. Sorry if I am asking a stupid question, but what you mean don't press the 'e'?
    thanks.

Thanks HoneyTribe - just cured my headache as I had the leaderboard ID in the 'e'

HundredDoors - if you haven't figured it he means don't click the e - equation/function opener at the the right side of the field just type it directly.
