Another template, another rippoff from clockwork shark... Barely a week after release!

GSRacerz template- 2 tracks (like demo) and not a thing changed...

What a c%ck!

    Mate theres sooo many of them ... I was randomly looking at release dates games last night (havent done this in while) and saw about 4 of Darren's templates completely unchanged and also about 4 copies of the standard GS Brick Breaker template.

    That's weak. It's even weaker than ripping off The Secret of Grisly Manor by Cardinal (Arsen)...

    But when I think again - The Secret of Father Simons is weaker, because clockwork shark doesn't make any money, instead of Arsen.

    I've got that template and am currently working on it for my next release. I'm adding all sorts of things, changing track styles, adding more tracks, mini games, gamecenter...

    hearing this make me disgusted that not a single thing is changed.

    There is also one based on the fall fu template...called Panda Fu (inventive eh!)

    Not sure if anything is added, but I would doubt it.

    Yes, there are many devs doing this, I've seen the cookie match one numerous times republished as is, it will continue to happen unless the graphics are removed from the templates, or watermarked :(

    We should not give much importance. Templates are just a base. The people who don't understand this hasn't future at games development.

    I know he's not learning anything by just releasing the template as a full game but i'm annoyed that:

    1: there is a lurker among us who just wants to rinse us for all they can. This casts a shadow over and generally awesome community.
    2. It makes it more difficult for template makers to sell their wares as people will hesitate due to the template only being released a week later with no customisation.

    Clockwork shark studios, you are a royal kn%b and I hope that your underhanded devious lazy deeds do not go unpunished...
