I CAN'T PLAY DEMOS AND HOWTOS!!!

I am new here. And am learning everything from the beggining. Demonstrations and howtos have a great value for me. Recently I tried to study materials made by FMG (firemaplegames), Tshirtbooth, and few other guy, but this content doesn't work! Why? Can smbdy answear me? What am I doing wrong? When am clicking link, it says that I need install plugin to watch it, but even with this plugin installed, content is unavaliable. Please answer me why?
