able to publish in other countries app store?

hey guys,i wana ask tat if im from singapore...will i be able to publish my games in others countries apps store?or only can be publish in singapore's app store?

    I think it publishes worldwide? What you need to do is under localization in iTunes connect, add other countries in their native languages.
