Selling costs are the pricing structures set?

I haven't put a game up for sale yet, but are the game prices fixed at set amounts i.e. £0.59p cheapest then £1.19p etc or can you sell your game at any price you choose?

Also when you put your game up for sale, does it go global, or is it only for sale in your region i.e. UK?

    It's global. I've only been able to set one price per app in iTunes Connect, and it shows all the translations for all the countries.

    yes, but what I mean is is it set at a base price of $0.99 (£0.59p) can you set it at $0.90 or $1.00? etc

    No, you cannot. The prices go up by 1 dollar (USD) and you just have to select the option you want.
