can't access contracts and banking?

For some reason I can't access myy contracts and banking section of itunes connect if I am not on my desktop at home. It won't work on my macbook or my phone. Any ideas on how I can let more than one device on it?

    But, this has been going on for a week or so. And it was working fine on my main computer.

    I had issues with iTunes Connect this morning as well. Made me create a new password because it said I didn't have one associated with my account, so I just went in and tried to make it the same, and it said i couldn't because it was used already. I knew then it was something on their end. So I went ahead and changed my password, and it's working fine now.

    Itunes connect works fine on my computer but when I try to go to the contracts and banking page it doesn't work.it. Says itunes connect failed to load webpage, if the the problem comes again contact them. I did and got no answer so I asked on here
