GameSalad Crashes (over and over)

GameSalad keeps crashing on me when Im trying to do something while I have a wide scene open. The wide scene is a multi-screen menu that's 2560 pixels wide (8 screens). The crashing is most likely because of the scene size.

If this keeps up, I'm going to have to find another way to do my menu.

I have noticed that GameSalad seems to crash more often — or have memory issues — when I change the size of the Creator. Because of this notion, I don't expand the window. With BOT, a typical scene scene size is 1024x1024, but it's really 2048x2048 with retina graphics. So, I think GameSalad should be able to handle a 320x2560 scene.

It's actually a 2560x480 scene, but thanks anyways.

That's not a big difference. I've made a scenes that might have been millions of pixels wide, just to see how far GameSalad would go. (I was testing GameSalad while writing The Unofficial GameSalad Textbook.) Even at that size, it didn't crash, but it was kinda slow.

I'm thinking that the likely problem isn't screen size.

480x2560 is 1,228,800
1024x1024 is 1,048,576

It's not much bigger than BOT.
