What is the Best weekday to release?

Is there any stats or best practice or do any of you have some first hand experience what weekday to release your app for maximum exposure.

i wish i had a answer to this, i've also been wondering the same thing recently, as i will be submitting my latest game to apple tomorrow morning in my time developing I've only launched 2 apps, so from that i don't have enough verity of launch days to come up with a answer, however hopefully someone who frequently launches games & updates will hopefully have a good answer it might just be luck to get into n&n, but idk, i hope there is a day which gives a better chance lol

I've heard its better to release on Thursdays in order to give yourself a week for Apple to notice you and hopefully get you onto next week's New & Noteworthy list.

Thursdays are defiantly the best days to release a game because thursday, friday, saturday and sometimes sunday are the highest traffic days. I don't really think it is worth the wait though. If your project is available to release on monday then release it on monday because that is 3 extra days of revenue.
