problem with gamesalad viewer

Hi there, today I get a new iPod, i have installed rhe viewer in the device but when I try to view the game on the device it tells me to update to the latest version of viewer. but my viewer version is the latest. can't test the app as nothing trasfers to the device. Anyone nows whats happening?

    I got this fixed. Just follow the video tutorial on youtube(), DON'T touch other settings, and MAKE SURE your identifier is available and in correct format (eg: com.name1.name2).
