HELP!!! Tax Form

I live in Canada so I'm not sure if this applies anywhere else in the world... So right now i am filling out the tax page to submit paid apps, it says on the tip page that you need a business number. But, on the actual form it says if applicable.

So do I need a buisness number or will it be fine without it?
