Is it possible to change your name on the AppStore?

I saw that many developers (even some from the GS community) have their game listed under a different name than the seller one.

Is it possible to do it even for those that aren't part of a company?

    You can set two names for Appstore: The seller and the publisher, so you can say seller is John Doe and the Publisher is ACME Software.

    The seller name is the registered name for the development program and you can't change it (afaik).

    I believe, the publisher you can set for every app, when you upload the app to the appstore. I would have to look it up, but I can't at the moment.
