My ipad game rejected by Apple - due to displays blank screen on startup

My ipad game is rejected by Apple. The reason is my game displays blank screen on startup instead of main screen. I tested it on gamesalad and it is working fine. Does anyone knows anything about it? a bug from Gamesalad?

    I rebuilt it once again on MACBOOK. It is working fine. I did not try to remove the start up video. Anything else u can think of my problem?
