Game won't upload into iTunes

For some odd reason my app won't load into iTunes. What I mean that is installed and runs perfectly on my iPod and the iPod says it exists in the about section, but iTunes says it doesn't exist. It won't sync into iTunes and if I have it as the only app on my iPod iTunes says there are zero apps, but the iPod says there's 1. I can't figure it out.

    You got it onto your iPod how? If you did an ad-hoc build it had to have gone through iTunes...Are you just previewing it on your iPod touch with GS viewer? A little more explanation would help us help you
