edited November -1 in Announce Your Game!
BOT (for iPad) is now on the iTunes App Store.

Today, I'm giving away promo codes here...
http://photics.com/bot-for-ipad-promo-code-giveaway

Basically it goes like this...

• You have to be in the United States
• With a United States iTunes account
• Over the age of 13
• Post a comment stating the temperate in your area and that you want a promo code

(See the official web page for more details.)

It's going to be a hot one today in the United States. I think it might be safer to stay inside and play video games... games like BOT for the iPad. HA HA!

According to the National Weather Service, heat is the #1 weather related killer in the United States. http://www.weather.gov/om/heat/index.shtml

It's not just a promo code giveaway... I might be saving lives. :)

Wow... 98° in NYC and it's not even lunchtime yet. Well... not for me. I usually eat around noon. Maybe in McDonalds I might be able to get lunch now... but I'm not going out there. HA HA.

Yeah, heat wave all over the entire continent. It's been in the upper 90's and 100's for months here in Houston. And now it's spread all over the place. I'd just like to say to the rest of the country…Welcome to Texas!

Also, this is US only because the idea is to create a surge in the US store. I don't know if Promo Codes count as downloads anymore though. It still seems like a fun thing to do on such a hot day :)

Oh, I see. I read the terms and i don't really want to Post my email so no thanks on the promo code. Good idea for creating a surge in the us app store.

Ya, I think Apple stopped counting promo codes as downloads :( You also can't write a review with a promo code anymore :( In other news, its 97 here in Oklahoma.

The email address isn't posted on the site when you make a comment, but that's where I email the promo code.

It's going to be another hot one today in NYC, but the giveaway has ended. BOT (for iPad) has done pretty well so far, climbing to #30 in iPad Role-Playing Games. I'm also working on "Project: Salvage" — which is something that I think will make BOT more popular. Thanks to those that participated in the giveaway!

    When in September?

I tried to schedule a big GameSalad event in NYC— at New York University — but there didn't seem to be enough interest.

Sometimes the people from GameSalad are in NYC. I didn't meet them in person though. I usually just stay home and work on my games.
