Graphic Packs from the new Marketplace

The initial offerings in the Marketplace look pretty good. My questions is this... if multiple people use the same graphic pack for their games, and all released on iTunes, would that be considered bad practice? or is it more likely that no one would really notice since their are so many apps out there... What's the general consensus out there for using graphics that others are using as opposed to only original graphics?

Myself I love new graphics from Marketplace, but I won't buy them - I simply don't want to have game simillar to others.

It would be great if they could implement a feature where you could set the number of items available. So for example, if you create a great fully animated character you could set the number for sale as 1, and the price of the item could reflect it's exclusivity. You could then set any generic type graphics (barrels, crates, level tilesets, etc etc) to infinite, but in comparison could be sold at a relatively cheaper price. We'll have to wait and see how everything pans out when the fully fledged version of the marketplace goes live.
