Code signing failed

Hi, I'm trying to publish my new app through GS and almost at the end, during the signing app package process, I get this message: "Code signing failed. Make sure your provisioning profile, developer certificate, and WWDR certificate are installed."
I have an Apple developer account that is about to expire, so I created a new Apple developer account with a new artist name, and downloaded new certificates and provisioning profile which might have conflicted with the old ones. Any help? Thanks

    Xcode is 3.2.5 version and iOS is version 4, why?

    download the newest version of xcode if you dotn have it

    installed new version of Xcode and still failed when trying to publish game in GS while getting this message: "Code signing failed. Make sure your provisioning profile, developer certificate, and WWDR certificate are installed." More suggestions please?
