So frustrating

I may be being impatient but nothing seems to be working. 'Help' doesn't actually teach me how to use the basics of the software, I'm having to guess what is what, which obviously doesn't work.
After trying to use the help, which basically just says how to press a button with no further information (doesn't actually say what anything does, just where things are - I know where they are, I have eyes), and messing around myself I found tutorials... clicked on Basic Platformer Tutorial... This looks good... Oh wait - Sorry you cannot view this, please sign in (already signed in). How am I supposed to learn how to use the software with no guide, help, tutorials?

Although I disagree the support wiki is help full and does offer more than just a button.
