Can't publish onto Gamesalad Arcade

So, for some reason, when I try to publish my game, I'm only offered to choices for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Do I need to get Pro or something to publish onto the site?

    In order to publish on the web, your game must be smaller then 10 megabytes. Check the size on the home screen on the bottom right and the size should be more than 10 megabytes. If not, then something serious is wrong!

    the game is 15.7 MB so I guess that's why...

    umm I hate double posting but I was wondering when Gamesalad upload to arcade will come back online? I just checked my file size and it's about 4.3 MB.

    Is publishing to the Gamesalad arcade back online? I tried with my game and the icon doesn't come up (although my game is rather large).

    i did mine this morning and it was fine - not sure why it wouldnt be there - my project was 11.9 mb as well
