Particles Disappearing After Deletion of Actor

This is killing me. Why do the particles disappear after the actor is destroyed? It looks weird for the bubbles that my fish are making to just disappear when the fish disappear. It looks unnatural.

I really would like this 'bug' to be fixed. :x

instead of destroying the actor just move the actor off the screen for a second and then destroy it after the bubbles are gone.
