Uploading Game Project stuck

We are making an ad hoc to test out game center. The first game project uploaded to game salad fine. But an hour later we tried to upload another ad hoc project and the progress bar is stuck at Uploading Game Project for an hour or so. Still stuck as I type. The file size is only just over 2 megabyte. Anyone know what's going on? And is anyone else having this problem. This is happening at 1:30 PM east coast USA.

By the way I'm a Pro user. How do I get in touch with the priority support?

    For the first half. Just cancel it all and retry uploading. Its jams up sometimes. Not sure why.

    For the second half about priority support just use the contact us link and mention that you are a pro user. I have been told Pro users should get a response of some sort within 24 hours.

    The same thing happens when I publish games as well.

    It would be nice if the Uploading Game Project progress bar showed a thermometer of progress instead of just animated stripes. Otherwise it's hard to know if it's actually doing anything or if it's hung up.
