Hey guys (and gals :)). Im pretty new to game development and all this biz. Alrighty, this is where Im stuck. Ive made my sprites and all that but im not too sure how to animate them. All I have is the newest version of GIMP so if anyone has any tutorials or something to help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

You have to save each frame of the animation as a .png and import as individual files in GameSalad.

Then use the animate behavior and drag all of the images you want to use for the animation and place them in the order you want.

Save each frames as png 24.
In gamesalad import all the frames.Put the first frame in a new actor.
Double click that actor.Click on behaviors find the animate behavior.Drag it to right side of screen in gs.
Drag all the images in the animate behavior.Thats it.
Now you can adjust the fps according to your liking.
