Still no Pro

Hey guys I bought pro 2 days ago now and It still hasnt shown up in creator. I've done everything, logged in and out, restarted, etc. and I just wanted to know if anyone else was having this problem lately.

    hi,

    had the same problem,
    didnt get pro for almost 12 days from payment.
    heres what went wrong with me
    my login at gamesalad is
    pram.patel@gmail.com
    the credit card used to make the payment was under the name of lets say mr.abcd
    so gamesalad recieves the payment from abcd, but dont find pram.patel anywhere in thier records of payments.
    capishe?
    so write to them using th contacts page, these are a fair ppl, thetly will help u sort it out.

    No I didnt contact them until the weekend so I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks for the help guys.
