Application Loader error "No application found in archive"

On iTunes connect my game is "waiting for upload." I have brought my game into my itunes library. I've created a zip of the .ipa file of my game.When I try to upload I go into itunes media then mobile applications I get the error "No application found in archive." When I use the zip direct from the file gamesalad created I get the error "There is no codesign_wrapper executable."

Please help!!!
