New Forum Features That appear broken???

Ok so I like the new layout of the forum but just want to note some things that im not seeing a way around.

1st and very annoying. Outside links no longer open in a new window/tab. Please oh please set that back.

2nd. I dont even see a search option anymore. I know it didn't really work before but OMG bring on the flood gates of repeat threads now.

3rd. When on the forum You cannot click your username in the top right and access the profile, setting, logout options. I can only get that little menu to drop down when i'm on the main page.

    I had trouble finding the search option too! On the main forums page, look above the tags box and it is hidden right above.

    Ya they fixed number 2, but numbers 1 and 3 definitely need to be fixed along with the friggin text color!!!
