BUG - Turning off rules does not work for web preview HTML5

Just a heads up. I was going nuts trying to figure out why my game worked in regular preview and not in web preview with 0.9.5
Solution -
delete all rules that are turned off and everything worked fine. Seems like the HTML5 web version of the game reads all rules even if you have turned them off.
