iPhone & iPad App

Most of the simple games I've created were intended to be used on an iPhone or iPod Touch so I created them with that screen size in mind. I'd like the current app I'm working on to be resized / built for the iPad as well as the iPhone. I'm probably 90% finished on the iPhone app, how do I leverage that for the iPad? I know that graphics would have to be resized for the larger screen format but am trying to figure out the easiest way to take what I've done and have it converted for the iPad.

    I ended up using GS Project Resizer which is just unbelievably good.
