Will bad FPS get my app rejected? Any chance Arm7 only fix my problem?

I finally got my hand on an iphone, but my game doesn't run smooth like on the ipad. I am probably gonna have to limit the game to ipad, which make me pretty unhappy since i've been working very hard on this game.

Does apple allow games that doesn't run full 60 fps? Hopefully I will be able to optimize it a bit, but I'm afraid it will never be completely smooth, and the loadings are pretty long.

One other small question, we can limit the games to 4G iphones right? Are the new iphones a big improvement on performances compared to 3G?

It does not have to be 60 FPS to get through review.

Although it prob better not be real laggy if its not. Arm v7 will limit to ipad iphone 3gs and iphone 4 as well as the 3rd and 4th gen touches. And yes the newer devices run apps way better than the 2nd gens.

what frame rate is your game running at?? im pretty sure something like 45-55 fps would be acceptable and probably playable aswell...15-20fps not so much!

    Oh, thanks.

I was hoping there was stronger than 3G... My game controls plays so much better on iphone but I'm not sure if that lag is acceptable... I guess I can be happy the game at least runs on ipad.
