Mouse + Camera Move = Problems

When actors that follow the mouse, or are controlled with the mouse, are moved by the camera, the mouse offsets so that the object only stays in the bottom left corner. Can using layer scrolling help this? Or is theyr a way of making the mouse device non scrollable? Some help would be great.
