Professional Membership Does Not Appear Active

Hi. I purchased my professional membership on March 11, 2011. I have just completed the publishing process and I was not asked to add my own splash screen and when I view it on the device, I see the GameSalad splash screen. Who / How do I contact in order to get this fixed? I have all of the records that show I did purchase the professional membership. Thanks!
