Professional Membership Does Not Appear Active

Hi. I purchased my professional membership on March 11, 2011. I have just completed the publishing process and I was not asked to add my own splash screen and when I view it on the device, I see the GameSalad splash screen. Who / How do I contact in order to get this fixed? I have all of the records that show I did purchase the professional membership. Thanks!

its under the advanced options button when publishing

I have clicked the advanced options button and was able to choose the supported device, orientation, glossy icon, etc. However, the splash screen option was not visible even though I paid for the professional membership

Have you signed out and then back in before you begin the publishing process?

Yep...this is my first app with Game Salad, so I never noticed that it wasn't there until I needed it. I have all the documentation that shows I paid for it...I'm just not sure who to contact to get it resolved.

Problem solved! I guess I didn't realize that "Portrait Image" was for the splash screen. Thanks!
