Blank GS Creator Icons

Hi all,
Wondering if anyone else has come across this and knows how to fix it. When I open up GS Creator and select New from the left hand side menu I get a load of blank icons (been like this since 0.9.2 I think). Not stopping me doing anything, just bugging me.
