Uploading Game Project Problem

I have been trying since yesterday to upload an app of size 200mb but when it is in the phase of signing the app package it says "The file couldn't be opened because it isn't in the correct format....." or "The Gamesalad publishing server has some problems"....What can I do??? I need to publish it...
