iPad Uploading Problem

WHen I uploaded an iPad app the uploading and signing app package was ok, but in the iTunes Connect the status is still Waiting For Upload after a long time...Why is this??

no, app loader didn't appear at all....after the signing app package nothing happened it said congratulations

i tried app loader but when I try to select the file after clicking choose the file was in a faint colour so it couldn't be selected
