anyone else having an animation problem?

ever since the 0.9.4 update, my animations don't work, they animate VERY fast, you can just see it blur, even when i have the fps set to 1. Any one have a solution?

thanks TSB, but that wont work. The actor isn't on the screen it spawns during the game.
Any other suggestions?
