Annoying Gamesalad 9.4 bug

Well, when i make a rule and try to make more conditions on the rule by clicking the plus button beside the rule it does not work, and if i push it enough times a scroll ba will appear beside it to scroll through the conditions that aren't there, i've tried saving and closing it, but it doesn't help

    make a new project and test it there. If it doesn't work reinstall game salad.
