The binary you uploaded was invalid - Please Help!!

Can some one please spare a few minutes to help me with this. thanks.
I have made my iPhone game and used the Publish button in gamesalad to return my app.
In Xcode I have setup all provisioning and keychains. I have dev account.
I have tested the app and installed it to my phone.
when I compress the app that I downloaded from gamesalad publishing to a .zip and try to upload to apple I get this message.
The binary you uploaded was invalid. The signature was invalid, or it was not signed with an Apple submission certificate.
Where did i go wrong? Please help!
