are Promo Code reviews possible?

can you still review an app if you used a promo code?? like give it a rating.

    From what I understand, no.

    What some people are doing is releasing the game for free and hoping for good reviews then charging a buck for it.

    You should be able to rate it, just no reviewing is allowed on promo codes. Policy change on Apple's part.
