How do you Update a Submitted App?

Hey all!
I just entered a bunch of my apps to the app store for approval. But I know that gamesalad 0.9.4 will be out soon, and I will have to re-submit all my apps.
i'd like to do that, but im not sure how...
Basically what i'm asking is How do you update one of your gamesalad apps that is in the app store, and can i submit an update if my previous submission hasn't been approved yet?
