Crash on iPad 3.2.2 using .9.3

I have a customer reporting my latest app update (using .9.3) crashing as soon as it opens on his iPad, OS 3.2.2
He said the previous version of the app (using .9.2) did not crash.
I've had him reboot, delete and re-download, etc. I even gave him a promo code to the full version to try, which also crashed. I have no issues on my iPad (v4+) and out of hundreds of downloads, no other customers reported issues.
If anyone out there still has an iPad on 3.2.2, could you verify if the app crashes for you as well?
