The Unofficial Apple Weblog said yesterday: "Nom Nom is an interesting new $0.99 title where you have to align shapes to try to bounce food into the mouths of waiting animals."

edit: a mention on TUAW.com is a huge deal. Heavily trafficked apple website.
Why 20? Once you get one in its mouth, don't you just have to sit and watch 20 get in?
You know that "Nom Nom" is the name of the little monster in Cut the Rope?
The background graphics and character graphics are acceptable, but the shapes and the food pellets for the bird and the pipe are pretty bad. Over use of radial gradients is probably what's turning me off. Especially on the pipe, if you use a linear gradient to represent the inside of the pipe, it will look better.
Otherwise it looks pretty solid, I suppose.
The game seems kind of easy to be honest. With so few things to move to affect the outcome and no consequences for missing with the food items or taking your time, I can't imagine it would take very long to finish any level using trial and error. Some things I think would help: 1) Add a timer so that the player has to move quickly and cannot move the red balls/blocks at their leisure. 2) Have a limited amount of food items that drop. Limiting the food items would allow the player that solves the puzzle quicker to reap some benefit (a higher score for each additional food item eaten). I agree with Metronome49 about the number 20. It seems pointless once you've got one food item in. #2 would solve that. 3) Only allow the user to move the red balls/blocks BEFORE the food items drop and then add a Go/Start button to drop the food items (after which, the red ball/blocks cannot be moved). This forces the player to have to think things through without the benefit of real-time feedback and lack of consequences.
I apologize if the feedback does not really apply to your game as the levels you showed in the video may not be representative of the actual gameplay experience.
