Soon Submitting. Question on Different Stores.

I was wondering as hopefully I will soon be able to submit my game, when it comes to the different iTunes Store for each country, how do you go about choosing which it goes into?

Does it automatically go into those with the English language? (Of course mine will only be in English.)

Or do you manually choose?

And don't you get separate payments from each store?

How does it work? Thanks.

Well as far as payment goes, you have a few stores out there and i understood that Apple will pay only if the amount owed exceeds 150 (or was it 250) for each store. And yes seperate payments.
