BUG - Selecting Image in a Rule gives no options

I used to be able to run an animation sequence and then follow it with a rule that said "when image contains 12" (or some other number) do blah blah blah. It was a nice way to avoid a timer. Now when I select image from the drop down menu in a rule I get no options at all.
