I have an app, under 1 app Id, I have to transfer it to a different ID, this means, taking the app off itunes and reloading it under the different Id.

1. Do I have to reload, IOS SDK, Certificates, all over again, for the new ID, or can I use the original downloads, and just download new certificates?

2. Will this effect GS recognizing that I have the correct permissions? and have to reload GS under a different User account on my mac?

You have to select Ready for upload in itunes connect for the app you are looking to upload. Then Application loader will recognize there is an app ready to upload.

For the record, After Changing App ID's, you have to reset the App Loader, with your new name and password.

Right there in the instructions manual. for working with the App loader.

Now I am getting another error meesage about signature, codesign but I have seen that on the other topics so Hunting I will go.

    Thanks

OK So the final answers are.

    !. Change Apple Developer ID
2.a.Change Application Loader reset your account info.
2.b. delete all old developer certificates. reload your new developer certs 2X if you are not sure.
    3. Make sure provisioning profiles and app ids are not too close in name.
    4. Make sure GS has updated your prov prof names etc.

    That should do it.
