Thanks, Josh
even if thats true then theres no need to keep bumping your thread untill you post samples.
Can someone who has emailed him to ask for samples please post them up here so we can all check it out?
He is too busy but 3 people have already been in contact so if you are not at school, at work, doing homework, washing the pots, walking the dog, doing exams, tending to sick relatives, smoking wacky backy, designing games, going to the toilet or currently on another planet...

SO much to do oh god i must have gone mad doing those things all day and not sitting on my computer doing my work.I am reliefed that i have the comfort of my chair.
Stan your right. But if 20 people... potential customers are asking to see samples. And we the potential customers would like to see som samples. Then would you the artist.. seeing that you might have 20 potential customers. take 5 minutes to set up a link to where your art work is? I would. And Im sure 95 out of 100 artists would as well. we arent dogging him. He had time to come here and say he is looking for work. But was overwhelmed with stuff to do. To be able to add a link to his work? Sorry but if Im looking for work and Im good enough to do this type of work. then i would already know that samples are going to want to be seen.

That's fine I really don't need it, if someone likes my work enough to hire me then that's great I don't need peoples negativity, when I have done nothing to offend!

No you don't. Sure, you can do the occasional adjustment, like curves, brightness / contrast etc.. But there's no problem rendering out a sequence of images of a character running and then just throw them into GameSalad, complete with alpha channel and everything. That's how I do it I do all my graphics in 3D.
HAHAH so you post samples of stuff you didnt even do? doesnt matter if u have the rights or not. YOU did not make it so you cant post that as examples of your work.
If those are his samples, I wouldn't go into business with him. I'm pretty sure I reckognize the second image from an animation I saw a couple of years back. The quality and style differs so completely that I'm sure it isn't the same guy who's done this.
Sadly I will have to put up with my own drawing until all the money arrives that I am being sent by my new found Internet friend who unfortunately has been left with 26 billion dollars and wants to put it in my account.

iii if you get a sec, that would be great.
I think its his choice if he wants to show his art or not. Or what ever reasons he might have....Hes not offending anyone or doing anything wrong.
Thanks, Josh
Thanks,
Josh
Do you have a consistent style? Or are you all over the place like your samples.
No business from me either. And doesnt really look art.
Thanks,
Josh
I would be willing to guess that the artist didn't do any of those. The styles don't match, and I know one of them is someone else's work.
I would recommend using TinEye on anything you receive from him.
No offence to you ishman.
By the way I'll have my previous clients post and say I did this!
Thanks,
Josh
no wonder you tryed so hard not to post samples.

Those are Paul Robertson's artwork, the pixel artist who did the work for Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World Xbox Arcade game, and did this:
and this:
On that second video you will see the artwork that you supposedly own the rights to.
Nice.
