File size is too big?

I'm trying to upload app to apple for iphone. and it keeps saying that the file size is too big.

The file is about 14mb, how can i fix this???

    sorry for the bump but I need to figure this out. How can I get the size down?

    there's prob a different issue that is not to big for anything. You should email apple

    Did you zip it? I'd contact Apple if the issue persists. That doesn't sound too big to me.

    I'm not actually having this problem. I made a game for someone and he tried to upload it and apparently in application loader, he wasn't able to click the file.

    I told him to zip it, im just waiting for a reply. he lives 3 hr difference from me.
