GS Viewer Slowdown

Ok I want through a whole lot of trouble with installing Xcode and then installing the GS Viewer onto my iPod touch. My game works all fine and dandy in the preview in the GS Creator however when I try it on my iPod it doesn't even seem to even work. An image isnt even showing up my actors are not moving it just doesn't work. Like did I screw up making the viewer or something? Some help would be gratefully appreciated. thanks.

    thats not the viewer thats the project. The whole point of the viewer is to test on the device because it IS different on the device then on gamesalad preview on the computer.

    Well why doesn't it work in any playable capacity on the iPod?

    Ok I am going to go with it's a problem with the viewer, iPod itself or how I setup the viewer. I even tried to test some of the nifty templates provided and those do not work in the viewer either
