Publishing license is not valid.. On the Appstore??

Hey guys,

as you may have heard our game Disco Dash is free for Easter, but I'm getting emails that the publishing license is not validate and that it won't boot up? How the heck is this possible on the Appstore?? If tried it to redownload the game but it works fine on my iPhone and iPod...

help?

I just downloaded Disco Dash on my iPhone 3gs. I did not encounter any problems playing it.

Did the email say what device/iOS version they were using?

Thanks for the replay; Yes he did, he was using an iPod touch 4th gen...
On every device that I've tested it works.. But he wasn't the only one, because I've also got a negative review saying "The game crashes on startup"

I've downloaded games that, for whatever reason, do not run properly until I reboot my iPhone. I know it's not a great solution (and I believe Apple looks down upon it) but it may work for those having problems with your game.
