Link to app before app goes live

I would like to have a link to my app before it goes live. I've copied the "View in App Store" link in staging at iTunes connect - http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/handmade-mother-goose-hd-everypage/id432275595?mt=8&ls=1

I have two questions:

1) I see on some forums that you can use just the app name, without hyphens - in my case http://itunes.apple.com/app/handmademothergoosehdeverypage

Is this true?

2) The name is actually Handmade Mother Goose HD WITH EveryPage, but the staging link leaves out "with". Any thoughts on the url in question 1?

my friend when you create new app in itunes connect that time one App ID is generate for perticular app.
simply copy and paste that apple id in below link and after app will live this url with connect with your app in app store.

Note: You must have to change "343200656". I used angry birds id for sample.
