Where to upload? (first app im excited :D)

Im in itunes connect and it says waiting for upload, but i cant find a place to upload it
Its probably gonna be right in front of my face, but my page doesnt look the same as the one in tshirtbooths video.
I have filled out all the information except i need to upload the .app

Also what are the review times currently?
