Hi, I am confused now. I can not find the add new language button in the Manage Localizations page on iTunes connect I have no update waiting. It should be somewhere right?
you are going to need to post an update. That update should be in the language you want to for.
In itunes go to Manage applications>Click on the app that you want to update>Click add update>Navigate to details (if you arent there already)>and click on Manage Localizations. And your all set!
