Need help with WWDR certificates.

Step 2 on getting started , show the webpage, but the current web page on Apple site is not the same, I guess they upgraded, can someone clarify. I also did not locate the Iphone developer program portal, obviously it is the IOS now, but I just need some clarification as where everything is,

    If you login through developer.apple.com, go to member centre and you should see on the left all the links. IOS Provisioning Portal, Itunes connect , etc...

    Thanks,figured it out, I was not invited to the developer account. I got that handled this morning.
